Phase diagram of 2D space charge doped BSCCO-2212. Of the 32 measured RS(T) curves, 26 were of the quality needed for extracting characteristic temperatures. The characteristic temperatures T* (filled symbols), T m (open symbols), and T c (filled symbols on the domes) extracted for the four devices of this study are plotted as a function of doping (holes/Cu). They demarcate the boundaries of the pseudogap region (PG), the strange metal region (SM), the Fermi liquid region (FM), and the superconducting dome (SC). The different colors of the domes reflect the shrinking of the dome with disorder. The error on characteristic temperatures is estimated during their extraction while that on doping depends on T c through Eq. (1) and is significant around optimal doping.
