Genetic correlations between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and 37 traits. We collected GWAS summary statistics of 37 diseases and traits spanning a wide range of phenotypes (autoimmune inflammatory diseases, psychiatric disorders, metabolic traits, and anthropometric index) from publicly available resources, and estimated their shared genetic similarities with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. We plotted the genetic correlation together with 95% confidence intervals using a blue square and gray horizontal lines. Red vertical line indicates no genetic correlation (\(r_g\) = 0). Statistical significance was defined as P-value <0.05. None of the pairwise correlations passed Bonferroni corrections
