Oncogenic translation in DLBCL is coordinately regulated by FASN/eIF4B/USP11 axis. Enhanced FASN activity stimulates S6Kinase to phosphorylate USP11 at Ser453. This phospho-modified USP11 is recruited to translation initiation complex where it interacts, deubiquitinates, and stabilizes eIF4B protein levels. Enhanced eIF4B protein increases mRNA translation of oncoprotein like cMYC, BCL2, BCL6, and others, which are the major drivers for lymphomagenesis
