Target performance is defined based on Pale Ale (a), Torpedo IPA (b), and Hop Hunter IPA (c). In all cases, second iteration strains are closer to target performance than first iteration strains. p-values (t-test) reflect the degree of statistical significance with which second iteration strains are closer to target performance then first iteration strains
