The imprinted TS locus is enriched for dysregulated diurnal methylation and expression in Snord116+/− cortex. a CpGs which lose their DNA methylation nadir at ZT6 with the loss of Snord116 show the greatest enrichment at the TS locus compared to all imprinted loci (Fisher’s exact test with Benjamini–Hochberg correction, q = 1.33 × 10−4).
