Cool colors (blues) with small diameter tubes indicate lower B-factors and less mobility in the crystal. Hot colors (reds) with large diameter tubes are indicative of higher B-factors and increased mobility in the crystal. Helices 3, 11, and 12 are labeled H3, H11, and H12 respectively
