The 0 s represents no time-lag. The y-axis represents results of two-sample t-test (i.e., LA vs. LU) on the increase of INS (two-tailed). Dark blue and red curves indicate the results at TPJ-TPJ in the face-to-face and back-to-back conditions, respectively. Turquoise and brown lines indicate the results at pSTC-TPJ in the face-to-face and back-to-back conditions, respectively. The stars indicate significant differences between the LA and LU pairs. Note that the result at the time-lag of 0 s is the same as in Fig. 3
