After 5 min, there was already a significant decrease in remaining FFN270 puncta in the high (83.9 ± 4.4%, n = 5) and low (69.1 ± 8.6%, n = 6) AMPH condition when compared to the control (22.8 ± 6.1%, n = 7, P < 0.0003 for both AMPH conditions, one-way ANOVA Dunnett test).
