Peak positions of the first three sharp peaks due to absorbed water and the first three maxima of the oscillations in the hydration regime for selected samples (one capping agent of each group of Supplementary Figure 2). The average values, calculated from maxima positions of all 15 investigated samples (see Supplementary Table 2) are included for comparison, as well as the literature values to which we attribute the observed peak and maxima positions.
