Italicized flag state fleets were directly scored; non-italicized fleets are similar enough to the scored fleets that scores apply to them as well. Directly scored fleets account for at least 60% of each fishery’s total volume except for the diffuse, information-poor IOTC SJ GN/LL fishery, where the scored Sri Lankan fleet accounts for an estimated 10% of catch.
