  1. PK analysis was performed after single dose of 5 mg/kg body weight via i.p. injection. The PK parameters were calculated from the mean values from 3 mice at each time-point. Hence, these PK parameters have no SDs. SDs would not be appropriate, since the values at each time-point are from different mice. The spread of concentrations in the mice at each time-point is given in the analytical data (Table 3)
