Effects of SBI-797812 on tissue NMN and NAD+ in mice. SBI-797812 (20 mg kg−1) or vehicle were dosed to mice by i.p. administration. Liver (a), heart (b), gastrocnemius (c), and quadriceps (d) were harvested at 4 h post-dosing. Tissues were assayed for NAD+ (which was normalized to mg of dry tissue) by LC-MS/MS.
