  1. A differential gene expression analysis comparing DICER1 hotspot mutants to wildtypes. We compared the gene expression levels in eight DICER1 mutants to the levels in 222 DICER1 wildtypes using the limma voom toolkit. We used Bonferroni correction to adjust our p-values for multiple hypothesis testing (padj < 0.05). logFC: change in gene expression (log based). All genes significantly changed in mutants were upregulated, none were significantly downregulated
