Endocrine disruption activity of DES, as determined by assays on several cell lines, for the alpha oestrogen receptor ERα (circle) as either an agonist (magenta) or antagonist (blue), and for the xenobiotic receptor PXR (square) as either an agonist (green) or antagonist (orange).
