Distribution of ARGs in species of ruminal bacteria. The distribution of the resistance genes detected by at least two bioinformatic tools used in this study is presented in front of the tree as filled colored boxes. The 16S rRNA gene sequences used to construct the tree were obtained from the Hungate1000 collection and aligned using RDP Aligner. The tree was generated with the Maximum-Likelihood method using FastTree (1000 replicates) and visualized and annotated using iTOL. Only bootstrap values >0.7 are shown
