(1) M = myophage, S = siphophage. The first number denotes the Virfam Type. Second number is cluster number in Type 1. Each Virfam assignment is color coded as in the Virfam tree. The absence of any line between two phages indicates they belong to the same species (>95% id and >85% coverage with megablast). (2) Prs, Ribose-phosphate pyrophosphokinase. (3) RmlA, glucose-1-phosphate thymidylyltransferase; RmlB, dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase.
