From: Organocatalytic asymmetric N-sulfonyl amide C-N bond activation to access axially chiral biaryl amino acids

  1. Reaction conditions as in Table 1, entry 13; yields (after SiO2 chromatography purification) were based on biaryl lactam 1.
  2. Bs phenylsulfonyl, Ms methylsulfonyl, Cys cyclohexyl sulfonyl, Ns o-nitrobenzenesulfonyl.
