  1. L5178Y TK+/− mouse lymphoma cells were exposed to increasing doses of DAP (as indicated), DMSO (DAP concentration 0 µM), or mitomycin or cyclophosphamide used as a positive control. 1000 cells were analyzed per condition and the number of micronucleated cells is reported. The experiment was performed in the absence (above) or presence (below) of S9 mix.
