Devices had pore sizes of 540 nm and 520 nm. d Current gain for a Darlington circuit composed of two bipolar transistors that contained pores with diameter of 140 nm and 150 nm; measurements were taken in 100 mM KCl. Error bars were calculated as standard deviation from an average of values in at least two voltage scans.
