Overexpression and knockdown of NeuroD1 was conducted in Min6 cells for 48 h. Then, qRT-PCR was performed to analyze the expression levels of Ins1 and Ins2 (a) and insulin content (b). c miR-802-induced decrease in Ins1 and Ins2 levels was partly restored by NeuroD1 overexpression. All experiments above were performed in triplicates, and each group contained three batches of individual samples. The p-values by one-way ANOVA b or two-way ANOVA a and c are indicated.
