JH II (a) and 20E (b) titers for the F1, Cry1Ac-selected and non-selected backcross families are relative to hormone titers in the susceptible DBM1Ac-S strain. Both results using larvae of the subfamily generated from backcrossing a female from F1 and a male from the NIL-R strain (backcross family a) and using larvae of the subfamily generated from backcrossing a male from F1 and a female from the NIL-R strain (backcross family b) are shown.
