a–c Magnitude modulation mode and (d–f) angle modulation mode of dipoles ordering configurations (front) as revealed from the atomic-scale HAADF images (back) acquired along the [001] direction. The dark/light-blue backgrounds highlight the switch of polarization configuration. The full view of the corresponding HAADF images are presented in Supplementary Fig. 2. The red circled area in (a) shows the dipoles ordering configuration being nearly consistent with the one in PbZrO3.
