  1. Predicted antimicrobial resistance genes by ResFinder found on the genome of the piperacillin/tazobactam (TZP)-susceptible and TZP-resistant isolates and their position in genome. The resistance gene catB3 was predicted by ResFinder to be present with 69.8% length, but both isolates were phenotypically chloramphenicol susceptible.
