  1. Haplotypes with consistent effect direction across environments were categorized as favorable or unfavorable. For EV_V4, EV_V6, PH_V4, and PH_V6 positive (negative) effects were defined as favorable (unfavorable). For LO and TILL negative (positive) effects were defined as favorable (unfavorable). Haplotypes with changing effect direction were categorized as interacting.
