The number of proteins identified (with a 1% FDR) from the HRMS1-DIA analyses of QC sample (2 µg of Hela digest on column) prior to analysis of the controlled samples at each laboratory was plotted over the 7-day evaluation period. Different days are indicated by shades of blue. The evaluation period was expanded to 9 days (green bar) for laboratory 5, which experienced technical issues on day 7 that were subsequently resolved.
