A midpoint rooted recombination-corrected maximum likelihood phylogeny of 4852 genomes based on 68697 SNPs non-recombinant from Ma and Mortimer et al.7 was annotated with the presence of RplD macrolide binding site mutations (orange for G70D and dark orange for other binding site mutations). Branch length represents total number of substitutions after removal of predicted recombination.
