Reactions were run with 0.25 mmol of aryl diazonium salts (1.0 equiv.), 0.75 mmol of alkenes (3.0 equiv.), 0.2 mmol of (DMPU)2Zn(CF2H)2 (0.8 equiv.), CuCl (20 mol%), and terpy (20 mol%) in 1 mL of DMSO at r.t., isolated yields. aSee Supplementary Method 1 for detailed conditions. terpy, 2,2ʹ;6ʹ,2ʺ-terpyridine; DMSO, dimethyl sulfoxide.
