a Two second-stage juvenile H. glycines nematodes were fed IR680-labeled Cry14Ab at 1 mg/mL in the presence of the feeding stimulant octopamine for 24 h. Each nematode is shown under white light on the left, and with a Cy5 filter set on the right. The experiment was performed twice with 200 nematodes under each condition.
