Transients corresponding to a source voltage Vs and the antiferroelectric voltage VAFE, b current I through the circuit, c charge Q on the application of an a.c. voltage pulse Vs: −5 → +5 → +1 → −5 → −1 → +5 V. R = 3 kΩ. NC transients are observed at the shadow areas of regions I, II, III, and IV, which are magnified in d, e, f, and g respectively. The source voltage Vs is shown as the blue line and VAFE transient as the red.
