An interactive application is available to explore the 382 modules comprising the blood transcriptome repertoire. A gene list, along with the ontology, pathway, literature-term enrichment, and transcriptional profiling data for reference transcriptome datasets (circulating leukocyte populations, hematopoiesis) is provided for each module. Zoom in and zoom out functionalities for close-up examination of the text and figures embedded in the presentation are available.
