a SiMPull was performed for 23 proteins against lipid vesicles containing the indicated PIPs, with or without PS and cholesterol. Binding was observed for all with both types of vesicles. For each condition at least two independent experiments were performed with similar results. Data were analyzed as described for Table 1 and Supplementary Data 1. b Representative TIRF images of EGFP pulldown from a are shown for five proteins that are also shown in Fig. 1c, each by vesicles with or without PS.
