a–d Exponentially growing YEPR cell cultures of JKM139 derivative strains were transferred to YEPRG to induce HO expression. Relative fold enrichment of Rad9-HA (a–c) and Dpb4-HA (d) at the HO-induced DSB at the MAT locus was evaluated after ChIP with anti-HA antibody and qPCR. Strains carrying the hta1-S129A allele also contain the deletion of the HTA2 gene.
