Viewport displays movie under analysis. The distributions are estimations of the posterior distribution for Dα and α via Metropolis-Hasting sampling. Trajectory tab displays detections with enhanced localization and other important parameters such as estimated localization error, particle size and signal. The average trajectory tab displays interpolated curves with the most probable path taken by the particle with a 95% credible interval.
