Fold-changes in antibody titers compared to the first time point are plotted by patient. Comparisons between the fold-change in spike-specific IgG and IgA antibodies were made using the two-tailed Wilcoxon matched-paired signed-rank test; P < 0.0125 was considered statistically significant following Bonferroni correction (accounting for multiple comparisons).
