The top panel shows the raw data obtained from 19 consecutive 2 μL injections of 1 mM ZnCl2 solution into the sample cell (200 μL) containing 100 μM of the protein. Heat peak areas were plotted against the Zn:protein molar ratio to create the binding isotherm of the bottom panel.
