  1. xβ and k0 were extracted by fitting the DFS plots with the Bell-Evans model (Fig. 5a–d). ΔG was calculated using the Arrhenius equation (Methods). Errors in xβ and k0 describe 95% CI, while errors in ΔG were calculated by propagating errors in k0.
