Fbl enhances the translation of Ezh2 and Kdm6b. Ezh2 and Kdm6b change H3K27me3 pattern in NSCs. H3K27me3 patterning further affects gene expression change and regulates the temporal fate of NSCs. However, it is still unknown how Fbl affects the translation of Ezh2 and Kdm6b.
