In each image, green contours are the Top 3 segmentation, and blue contours show the segmentation we are comparing to. Cyan indicates that the two segmentations overlap. The red channel shows the combined weighted membrane image from the top 3 ranked proteins, and the gray channel shows the DAPI (nucleus) stain. The top images come from tile X = 4, Y = 5, and the bottom images come from tile X = 4, Y = 4 of dataset 5.
