Deposition method: 10 mg of PTA was dispersed in 100 mL of deionized water, and 4 wt. % H2PtCl6 (weighed by Pt) or 5 wt. % MnCl2 (weighed by Mn) was added and exposed to visible light (λ ≥ 420 nm) for 3 h.
