a Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was performed by analysis of the directed scores of all genes from the WT-SARS-CoV-2 and VOCs screens combined (infection), and for the uninfected cell viability screen (viability). Results from the infection screens were filtered to get significantly enriched pathways with false discovery rate (FDR) of less than 0.01.
