Standard conditions for gram-scale experiment: PC 3 (0.2 mol%), L1 (10 mol%), FeI2 (10 mol%), phenylacetic acid 1 (15 mmol), nitrobenzene 2 (5 mmol), 2,6-lutidine (15 mmol), (EtO)3SiH (10 mmol), MeCN (25 mL), blue LEDs, 65 °C, 72 h. bReaction time = 45 h, 25 °C.
