The Circos plot depicts the relationship between the AMD-associated variant rs10922109 at 1q31.3 and 40 serum proteins (see Supplementary Data 7 and 8 for details). The blue (trans effects) and red (cis effects) colored proteins are among the 28 AMD-associated proteins listed in Table 1.
