The tree indicates the phylogeny of the species in which these loci are found. Four gene orders presented in Wang et al. 201929 are shown in parenthesis for comparison. The arrow colour indicates genes that tend to be adjacent in all gene orders and is added for comparison. b The ML tree of the three largest subunits (atpA, B and I) concatenated. Numbers on branches represent the percentage of UFBoot support. The tree was rooted by minimal ancestral deviation (MAD)91. The expanded atpABI tree is presented in Supplementary Fig. 15.
