An estimates for each category is shown for both ExtRaINSIGHT (λs; teal) and INSIGHT (ρ; orange). Error bars are centered at the MLE and indicate one standard error in each direction (see “Methods”). Total number of genes: n = 19,256 (ranging from 125 to 2707 per category).
