These findings showed evidence of association in the MR framework, following a correction for multiple testing using a strategy controlling for the false discovery rate. + and – indicate the direction of the coefficient for phenotypes associated with Alzheimer’s disease using two-sample MR. X represents associations that were consistent with the null.
