The correlation measures (Pearson and Distance) are represented by rows. Families from days 30, 120, and 365 are colored in green, brown, and purple on the x and y axes, respectively. Blue dashed lines are used to separate families between different time points. The top ten most abundant families up to 365 days were selected for the visualization purpose. Families with prevalence across samples <10% were discarded. The correlation coefficient ranges from −1 to 1, color-coded by blue to red, respectively.
