Results are shown for the three policy scenarios (Ref Reference; NZ Net-Zero; CF Carbon-Free). The generation-weighted average price ($/MWh) reflects all generation, new bulk transmission, carbon removal, and CO2 transport and storage costs. Estimates reflect electric sector system costs as a proxy for customer impacts and do not include climate damages or other social costs or benefits.
