Glial cells are depicted in orange, excitatory cells in blue, and GABAergic cells in green. Dots that were significant at a Bonferroni-corrected threshold for 155 tests are depicted with a *. In both panels A and B, the red dashed line reflects the null (enrichment = 1), the dots depict the enrichment point estimates, the error bars depict 95% CIs, and the top half within each panel depicts enrichment estimates for the g-factor and the bottom half enrichment estimates for the genetic covariance between the g-factor and the psychotic disorders factor.
