C57BL/6 mice were immunized with Pam2Cys (P2C; black) and/or Spike protein sub-cutaneously (s.c; blue) or intra-nasally (i.n; red) three times, two weeks apart. Immunogenicity was assessed eight weeks post final vaccination. a Anti-spike IgG isotypes and IgA titres in the serum and b broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF), as determined by ELISA. c Neutralizing antibody titres (nAb) in the serum and BALF of vaccinated mice were determined as the titre needed for 50% inhibition of ancestral SARS-CoV-2 infection in HEK293-ACE2-TMPRSS2 cells.
