The image is obtained by template matching of the spatially averaged atomic column with the recorded HAADF-STEM image, using the cross-correlation procedure described in Suppl. Note 8. The L11 and L12 SRO are detected in two boxed regions, as evidenced by their power spectra. The cross-correlation image is normalized with the mean equals to 1. The color bar indicates the range of the normalized cross-correlation coefficients (XC).
